Steube Calls Trump Indictments by Federal Government ‘Election Interference 100%’
The Floridian – Representative Greg Steube (R-FL) appeared on Real America’s Voice to discuss President Joe Biden (D) and his administration’s Department of Justice that’s “weaponized the federal government” by going after former President Donald Trump (R).
If it weren’t for his positive polling, Rep. Steube believes that President Trump would not have been targeted as much as he has been by Special Counsel Jack Smith and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
“The Biden Administration is weaponizing the federal government by having the DOJ go after President Trump. It’s 100% election interference. If President Trump wasn’t polling where he was polling, they wouldn’t be doing it,” said Rep. Steube in a statement alongside a video of his appearance on the network.
Steube continued, “This administration will stop at nothing, was interfering in our nation’s election because you have the Biden DOJ going after their number one contender in the Republican primaries – once he gets through the primaries – one of their number one contenders. This is election interference 100 percent.
He would go on to mention, “If President Trump wasn’t polling where he was polling, they wouldn’t have any of these charges filed because they wouldn’t care. They’re using the power and the weaponization of the federal government to go after their number one opponent in 2024.”
Recently, the Florida Congressman expresses sympathy for rank-and-file members of the FBI, those who “just want to do their job” and “do not want to see politicization.”
“Unfortunately, the politicization starts all the way at the President and works its way down where they have used the law enforcement of the Department of Justice and the FBI as the enforcement arm of the Democratic Party, to be the weaponization and politicization in those different agencies. The American people are not going to stand for it, and we are going to continue to investigate this and bring all that information before the American people,” Steube stated.
Steube announced his endorsement of Trump in April.
He also urged the Biden administration to sever ties with the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), citing the organization’s anti-United States and anti-Israel bias.
