Rep. Steube Introduces Bill to Protect DOE Facilities

WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Representative Greg Steube (R-Fla.) today introduced legislation prohibiting non-citizens from accessing Department of Energy (DOE) facilities and sites. The bill would permit only citizens of the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom to access land, sites, and facilities owned, operated, or leased by the Department of Energy.
