Steube Holds Telephone Town Hall to Address COVID-19 Concerns, Gives Washington Update
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Today, U.S. Representative Greg Steube (R-Fla.) hosted a telephone town hall to answer questions and address concerns from constituents.
“Florida is reopening, and people are going back to work, but people still have questions and concerns about the next steps on our road to recovery,” Steube said. “Floridians have been truly resilient throughout this process, and our state is ahead of the game in opening back up our economy.”
Steube was joined by constituents from all counties in Florida’s 17th Congressional district, with over 4,000 Floridians joining the call.
Many elements of Florida’s reopening were discussed, including stimulus checks, testing, mandatory masks orders, and potential future closures.
Outside of COVID-related questions, Steube also gave an update on law enforcement and criminal justice reforms, conservative censorship on social media, and more.
