Ways & Means

As a member of Congress’s chief tax-writing committee, I am committed to conservative leadership for a stronger economy that will support working families, lower taxes, and promote investment in America. This includes making the Trump Tax Cuts permanent. My work on the committee involves ensuring international trade agreements create opportunities for Florida’s businesses and put American workers first. In our oversight duties of Social Security and Medicare, I will always fight to ensure our Seniors who are retired or nearing retirement are afforded the benefits that they paid into. In pursuit of these necessary reforms, however, we must also ensure that we are not burdening our children and grandchildren with extensive taxation.
