It is our belief, without reservation, that the Second Amendment is an unquestionable Constitutional right. Whether you are a lifelong sportsman as I am, or any citizen intent on protecting life, home, and family, we'll faithfully defend your Second Amendment right. We'll continue our efforts in Congress to protect from infringement on an individual's right to have arms for their defense or recreational use.

Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee passed Rep. Lucy McBath’s (D-GA) red flag legislation on Wednesday.
The legislation, H.R. 2377, authorizes the seizure of firearms via the ex parte issuance of Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs).
