Steube Wants DEI Removed From Military Academies

SRQ – “I filed thirteen amendments to this year’s NDAA to ensure our military’s budget prioritizes the safety and security of the American people,” Steube said in a statement.

“My amendments are commonsense and will make our nation safer and stronger. To name a few: Military personnel who chose to avoid the COVID-19 vaccine should be reinstated with backpay, DEI activities should not be funded in the Armed Forces, and state sponsors of terrorism should not be able to purchase U.S. real estate.”

That’s similar to a mandate just signed into law by Gov. Ron DeSantis ending DEI efforts at state colleges and universitys. Before that was even passed, New College of Florida eliminated DEI programs at the Sarasota public university.

Greg Steube, one of the cosponsors of the bill, said in a statement to Fox News Digital that the U.S. has “lost” its way.

“As a society, we’ve removed God from schools, encouraged elimination of the nuclear family, disregarded our national anthem and ignored the Judeo-Christian values that America was founded upon,” the Florida Republican said.

Greg Steube on Biden business deals: ‘This is treasonous activity from the highest level’

Washington Examiner – Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) says he expects President Joe Biden to be charged with treason over alleged involvement in his son Hunter Biden’s foreign business deals if a Republican president is elected in 2024.

“As you see the evidence and you see the countries that were targeted by the Biden crime syndicate for enrichment — Russia, China, Middle Eastern countries that hate us, a lot of countries that don’t like America and don’t like the way we do business here … it seems as though they are strip mining this nation and selling us off for parts to some of our biggest enemies,” Benny Johnson, host of The Benny Show said on Monday.

NC State swim star Kylee Alons changed in storage closet during 2022 NCAA Championships: Rep

Fox News – Rep. Greg Steube, R-Fla., met with N.C. State swimming star Kylee Alons on Wednesday, and he wrote on social media that she told him a story from the 2022 NCAA Championships.

Steube said Alons told him that she decided to change in a storage closet instead of out in the open because Lia Thomas was allowed to change in the women’s locker room.

“Today I met with Kylee, the most decorated swimmer in NC State history,” Steube tweeted. “She told me how she changed in a storage closet at the NCAA finals rather than experience the sexual harassment that comes with undressing in front of Will ‘Lia’ Thomas – a biological male who insisted on being in the female locker room.”
