Steube insists on full transparency of how many noncitizens received SBA disaster relief, particularly while American citizens are now forced to wait for critical disaster recovery aid.

Graham, Jr., of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to permanently restore Midnight Pass, which was naturally reopened by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. In his letter to General Graham, Rep. Steube emphasized the opportunity presented by the storms to address long-standing environmental and economic concerns caused by the 1984 closure of the pass by the Corps.

FOX — Fuel shortages are currently the biggest post-hurricane problem, Rep. Greg Steube, R-Fla., told Fox News Digital on Tuesday morning, noting that Florida’s 17th Congressional District was “ravaged by two hurricanes in two weeks.”

After viewing the damages, Rep. Steube said, “It’s heartbreaking to see people who started to recover – we just went through St. Armands after Hurricane Helene came through with a 5-7 foot storm surge. You see people pulling products out and trying to clean up, and then two weeks later, we get hit again.”
