Sarasota Stepmother of Hamas Hostage to Attend The State of the Union as Congressman Steube’s Guest

SARASOTA — U.S. Representative Greg Steube (R-Fla.) is honored to have Ms. Gillian Kaye, of Sarasota, as his distinguished guest at the 2024 State of the Union. Ms. Kaye is the stepmother of Sagui Dekel-Chen, a dual American and Israeli citizen who was kidnapped by Hamas during the horrific October 7th attacks on innocent Israeli civilians. Sagui was seen fighting off the attackers while protecting his wife and young daughters.

Rep. Greg Steube Demands Information from DHS on Illegal Immigrant Arrested for Rape in Charlotte County

WASHINGTON — U.S. Representative Greg Steube (R-Fla.) today sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas demanding information on Santo Felix Cruz-Ramos, a 25-year-old illegal immigrant reportedly from Honduras. Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cruz-Ramos on charges of sexual battery in Englewood, Florida after a woman stated to the Sheriff’s office that she had been raped.

‘Shut Down the Border’: Rep. Steube Sounds Off After Illegal Immigrant Arrested for Rape in Florida

TOWNHALL— There has been an alarming amount of violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants as a result of President Joe Biden’s wide open aorder. This includes an alleged sexual battery that took place in Charlotte County, Florida. Santo Felix Cruz-Ramos, 25, was arrested at a hotel in the west coast town of Englewood on Sunday after the victim came forward and hotel security footage showed him running from the victim’s hotel room. “Cruz-Ramos was later identified to authorities by the bright yellow jacket seen in the hotel security camera footage,” local news outlet WINK reported. The news earned the attention of Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL), who represents the district where the incident took place.

Steube ‘Happy’ Senate Foreign Aid Package Will Not Pass House

THE FLORIDIAN — The Senate recently passed a bill authorizing $95 billion in foreign aid with no domestic attachments. Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has signaled it would not be voted upon in the House. Representative Greg Steube (R-FL) appeared on Fox Business’s Bottom Line to discuss, saying he was “happy” Speaker Johnson would not bring the bill to the floor.
